VALUL Returns policy
If you purchased goods online via VALUL website and you would like to return them, you should first contact us with a legitimate reason, we will then instruct where the goods should be sent for assessment or eligibility for return. Freight costs for return of purchased goods are the responsibility of the buyer, VALUL will not cover these freight costs.
For any major problems we offer a refund or replacement service, within 30 days of purchase.
We are not able to provide refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

you changed your mind and no longer want the product

you ordered the wrong product

you found the product cheaper elsewhere

you found a better product elsewhere

you were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product – for example, if the fault was written on the product’s tag, or for online purchases, indicated in any photos or descriptions of the item online

you damaged the product by misusing it

you used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
